- Built solution docs, like the Working Backwards: PR/FAQ one, published in partnership with Colin Bryar, former Chief of Staff and executive at Amazon, helped to bring in >1K signups.
- Leveraged learning background to explore a new approach to the Meet Coda page for people new to Coda; A/B studies reported in increase in engagement by >30% when compared to the control.
